General/Common Guidance

Overseas shipping

If you cannot exchange, return or refund

(1) When the return date (7 days after receipt of the goods) has passed.
(2) Once exchanged and re-exchanged
(3) When the value of goods is significantly reduced due to the use of the user or some consumption under Article 15.2 of the Fair Trade Standard Terms and Conditions (including traces of use, odor, malfunction, or damage to the property)

If exchange,return/refund is possible

Please include 5,000 won for courier service, or courier shipment after bank transfer. (Please contact us in the area between the mountain and the mountain.)
-Color, product changes, etc. are handled with a simple change.
If a material defect or damage is found to be not the customer's responsibility at the time of receipt of the goods, it can be returned and refunded free of charge within 7 days of receipt.

Exchange/return/refund procedure

(1) After repackaging the item you wish to exchange/ return/refund, complete the return exchange form in the user's manual.
-If any signs of damage to the product are found, it will be returned unconditionally.
